The units are carpeted, huge with views over Birmingham, lovely mirror, as for instance.

The hotel of choice in Birmingham. Overall - quirky place with excellent staff apart from the lone receptionist. 10 minutes walk to a bus station. Air conditioning and WiFi available in the standard queen room. Lots of good food.

We had a spacious unit with a beautiful mirror, bathtub, and twin beds, and it was conveniently located close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Came in Birmingham to relax and have fun, this low budget hotel was good choice for doing it. We have booked standard twin room with twin beds and bathtub for 3 nights. Location: the property was just next door to a gloomy maze, shops and the common areas.

My standard twin room with bathtub and a TV was reasonably large.

I had a great stay at a well-placed hotel, with easy access to the city centre. The location was convenient, with some fantastic restaurants and a nearby pub. The hotel offered good value for money at just £15 per person per night. The wifi provided was one of the best I've experienced in any hotel, even compared to more luxurious ones.
Nothing, all excellent! 😊

My stay at the hotel was incredible value for money. The room had a unique and eccentric charm, and the location was convenient. The staff at Sparkle were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast choices could be more varied.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere of the hotel. The first thing I liked was the affordable price, which fit perfectly into my budget. Secondly, the location was ideal, close to various attractions and restaurants. It made exploring the city much easier and convenient. Additionally, I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable bed in my room, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The hotel seemed a bit dated, with some areas needing a bit of renovation.
